RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 @ rrbapply.gov.in: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) have published the detailed Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) **CEN 02/2025**, announcing a massive recruitment drive for **9,144 Technician** posts. The recruitment is for two different pay levels with distinct eligibility criteria:

RRB Technician Eligibility Criteria (Age & Education)
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
- For Technician Grade 1 Signal: 18 to 36 Years
- For Technician Grade 3: 18 to 33 Years
Upper age limit relaxation is provided for reserved categories (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, etc.) as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
The educational requirements are different for each post. This is the most important part of the eligibility:

Selection Process (Single Stage CBT)
This is a major change from previous recruitments. The selection process for all posts will consist of a **Single Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)**, followed by:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination (ME)
There is **no CBT 2** for this recruitment. The final merit will be based on the marks obtained in the single CBT. There is no aptitude test (CBAT) for the Technician posts.
RRB Technician Exam Pattern (Single CBT)
The exam pattern for the single CBT is different for Grade 1 and Grade 3 posts. Both exams will have a duration of 90 minutes and 100 questions.

Steps to fill RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 Application Form
- Visit the official RRB application portal: www.rrbapply.gov.in
- You must first “Create an Account” for the One-Time Registration (OTR) if you are a new user.
- Log in with your registered mobile number/email and password.
- On the dashboard, find and select the notification for “CEN 02/2025 – Recruitment of Technicians”.
- Select the RRB zone you wish to apply to and choose your post preference (Grade 1 or Grade 3).
- Fill in all your personal details, educational qualifications (10th, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., etc.), and other required information.
- Upload your scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications.
- Pay the application fee online through the available payment gateway.
